Returns and Refunds
Thank you for shopping at Olivia Jean Jewellery, we are sure that you will love your item, however should there be a problem, we are happy to exchange it for you.
Refunds are only offered on the rare occasion that an item is faulty.
To arrange an exchange, or if the item you received is faulty or not what you originally ordered, please email info@Oliviajeanjewellery.com within 7 days of receipt. Please quote your name and address, details of the product, the reason for the return and whether you require a refund or replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed.

Any item or items must be sent back in their original packaging and in an unworn condition. We will then arrange the exchange. For hygiene reasons, we are not able to accept returns on Earrings unless they are faulty.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we strongly recommend that you return the item or items via Special Delivery and insure them at the appropriate value. We cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit. The cost of returning the item is your responsibility and the postage will only be refunded if the item is faulty and only if we are notified in writing within 7 days of receipt.
